INFORMATION FOR SAINT JOSEPH'S COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO ATTENDED PRIOR TO 2018:

Due to the Suspension of all Academic Operations in May of 2017, Saint Joseph's College no longer has an open Student Services or Financial Services Office.  However arrangements have been made for the following support items:

TAX INFORMATION:

For Students and Parents seeking tax forms (W2 or 1098T as examples) for the 2018 Tax Year:

Since Saint Joseph's College suspended all academic operations in May of 2017, the vast majority of students will have received their final W2s or 1098Ts via USPS to the address that was on file as of January 31st, 2018 for the 2017 tax year.  If you believe that you should be receiving tax documentation for the 2018 tax year,  please feel free to reach out to the Business Affairs Office at 219.866.6000 extension 11 or BusinessAffairs@SaintJoe.edu for further information.


TRANSCRIPTS:

For Students and Alumni who attended prior to 2018, Saint Joseph's College has partnered with Parchment to deliver academic transcripts.  This partnership allows former students and alumni to continue to obtain their academic transcripts as needed for a nominal fee. Please access the Parchment Storefront to request your college transcripts.  It is important to note that all financial obligations due Saint Joseph's College must be settled prior to transcripts being released to a new institution.

 ATHLETES:

Student athletes transfering to new institutions typically require a transfer form to be completed by Saint Joseph's College attesting to the remaing eligibility for their respective sports.  These forms should be sent to BusinessAffairs@SaintJoe.edu for completion.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the form to be completed.

Some student athletes might have remaining bills due on injuries which were sustained while a student athete competing at Saint Joseph's College. These bills should be forwarded to BusinessAffairs@Saintjoe.Edu.  As a reminder for these students, the first $500 of bills on a specific injury is the responsibility of the student athlete.
